Stuart Medical Group has joined with Bosley the world’s hair restoration experts. Their Virginia Beach and Richmond centers became regional surgical centers of Bosley.

Dr. Epstein focused on hair transplant surgery since 1990 and founded Stuart Medical Group in 1994.

He is fellow in American College of Surgeons and Board Certified by American Board of Urology.
He has lectured in US and abroad on many topics such as propecia, hair line design, correction of old style hair transplantation. He was faculty member of the Live Surgery Workshop and co-chairman of Hair Line Design work shop in 2001.
