Diet and way of life are two chief factors that influence
the health of your hair. Not eat well, or being ill or deficiencies
of any particular vitamin can affect the eminence of you hair
and problems like dandruff, thinning hair, balding, premature
graying etc. so the best way to have healthy hair is to eat
healthy food regularly. If the person is not healthy then
the health of the hair will be deplorable. And this also reflects

and shiny hair:
- Comb or Brush your hair on a regular basis prior to going
to bed at night.

Nowadays, hair loss is so frequent that most of the time
it is considered a normal and not a disease. Some people prefer
to let their baldness run its course untreated and unhidden
because the find it troublesome to take care of it and because
they do not know that it cannot be treated. Others may cover
it up or hide it with hairstyles, sometimes makeup, hats or

the surgical procedures.

the basin after shampooing, you may think you are on the way

Dandruff (also called scurf and historicaly termed Pityriasis
capitis ) is due to the excessive peeling of dead skin cells

like of our entire body on the scalp, are constantly renewing
and the old one get detached on the surface to give place
to the new ones. If you have dandruff, the process of skin
renewal is going to fats. It goes approximantly twice the
normal rate.

shampoos. The best way to control dandruff is to find out
if it is due to stress or any illness. This can be done by
